Sarah has been undertaking valuations in the Midlands area since 2003 and is an expert in technical valuations, , and technical statutory enfranchisement valuations. Qualifying as a member of the RICS in 2006, Sarah left the practice to work in the valuation department of two corporate real estate companies, DTZ and JLL, before returning to Lawrence & Wightman as a partner in 2012. She has presented valuations and expert testimony to Leasehold Valuation Tribunals—which became the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)—, given advice in relation to, divorce settlements, and court proceedings about negligence claims. A married mother of two, Sarah lives in the Marston Green area of Birmingham, and can be found knitting, catching a movie, or attempting to entertain two children.
