Clear advice on lease extensions and freeholds

When your lease term is falling, a freeholder has quoted a premium, or a group wants to buy a freehold together, it's easy to feel unsure where to start. We focus on residential long leasehold valuation work, so we can explain the numbers, the routes and the likely next steps in plain English.
From our Birmingham base, we advise homeowners, groups of leaseholders, Housing Associations and professional referrers on lease extensions, freehold purchases, collective claims, notices and negotiation.
