Sarah Abel

Meet Sarah Abel, Sole Principal in the firm. 

She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and joined Lawrence & Wightman as a graduate surveyor in June 2003 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in April 2006. She became a Partner in September 2012 and took over the firm in 2022.

Her role involves all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement work acting mainly for leaseholders and Housing Associations. She deals with around 200 cases a year and has appeared as advocate and Expert Witness at the First-Tier Tribunal. She has also lectured on the subject for a number of organisations.
